What Counts as a Personal Win?

One day last week, a friend asked me what my “personal wins” were. She’d been asked for hers as part of a – long and unnecessarily arduous, to be honest – job application and had struggled to come up with any.

In work, sure, she could outline a variety of successes, but “personal wins”? We weren’t even sure what they were.
