Quirkle is the best game. When my brother got married, his non-english speaking in-laws came to stay for Christmas, and we didn't speak their language either. Quirkle was THE ABSOLUTE BEST ice breaker, no language needed, gentle competition, we had a permanent game going and everyone constantly subbed in and out for each other when gravy needed stirring or turkey needed carving or dog needed walking or nap needed having. Highly recommend
