In some ways I think I’m really easy to buy for because I love cosmetics and jewellery and clothes but I don’t know if my husband would agree. 🤣
I think something like a Chanel lipstick or nail polish, scarves are always lovely and once I got a red coat that I absolutely adored 🥰
Re Santa, my 10 year old told me a few months ago that he knows the elf on the shelf isn’t real and neither is Santa or the tooth fairy
I was quite emotional at first and then a bit miffed because I was worried I hadn’t done a good enough job of “pretending” (note the mammy guilt! 🙄) but ultimately I know he’s a clever boy and I wasn’t going to lie to him and trick him into believing. He’s promised he’ll keep the magic going for his brothers!
He also said something so sweet “So Mammy did you & Daddy buy all those things for me? That’s so kind”😭😭😭
I wouldn't let him go to secondary school believing in Santa, even believing in Santa in sixth class could be tough. Obviously, having such a vivid imagu
My baby kicked my phone before I could finish typing! Just to say,it's wonderful your son has kept his imagination so strong. I would be afraid of him finding out through other kids though after 5th class and it being humiliating. Kids are mean!
